Arrow Go

Your information & your choices

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HongKong Truveltang Co., Limited handles information in the Android game Arrow Go and on this policy page.

Effective October 23, 2026 · Android package: com.truveltang.arrowgo

Your game progress is saved on your device. The game uses advertising and attribution services, which can process device and advertising information. You can change advertising preferences in the game and contact us about your information.

1. Game data on your device

Arrow Go saves level progress, daily challenges, hints, settings, an optional nickname, achievements and simulated league progress in the app's local storage. League rivals are simulated; this release does not provide a player account or a cloud-save service.

Backup and feedback tools act when you choose to use them. A copied backup goes to your device clipboard. An exported backup or shared feedback goes to the location or app you select. Those files may contain your nickname and game progress. Delete them separately if you no longer want to keep them. A feedback draft remains on your device until you choose to share it.

If you email us, we receive the address and information you send and use them to respond. Please avoid including sensitive information in your nickname, feedback or support messages.

2. Advertising and related information

Arrow Go uses AppLovin MAX for ad mediation, with AppLovin, Unity Ads and Mintegral advertising components. The game offers rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Whether an ad is available depends on gameplay eligibility, your preferences, network availability and ad inventory.

These providers may collect or receive advertising identifiers when available, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, device model, operating-system and app information, language, ad requests, impressions, clicks, interactions and diagnostic information. They use this information to provide and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, maintain their services and, where allowed by your choices, personalize advertising.

SDK initialization or ad loading can involve network processing before an ad is displayed. Declining personalized advertising does not mean that every SDK is disabled or that no information is processed.

Read the providers' policies for their detailed practices and privacy request options: AppLovin, Unity Ads and Mintegral.

3. Installation and advertising measurement

We use Adjust to measure installations and sessions, attribute advertising campaigns and measure advertising revenue. Adjust may process advertising identifiers when available, IP address, device and app information, installation-referrer and campaign information, timestamps and session information.

The game also sends ad-impression revenue measurements, including revenue amount and currency, ad network, ad unit, placement, format, revenue precision and an impression reference. Local receipt records help prevent duplicate measurement and support interrupted delivery. These measurements are separate from your local nickname and puzzle save.

Advertising-personalization choices do not disable all installation, session or revenue measurement. The game applies separate restrictions to Adjust's third-party sharing based on the privacy state available to it. See Adjust's privacy policy and its device opt-out resource.

4. Your privacy choices

Open Ad privacy from the game's settings or Privacy menu to choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can revisit this setting. Choosing Don't Allow Personalized Ads applies restrictive personalization and applicable sale-or-sharing signals to the integrated advertising services. It does not remove advertising or stop every kind of measurement.

When the game first needs your ad preference, going back without making a choice cancels that ad opportunity; it does not record consent. Android also provides controls for advertising identifiers and ad privacy in system settings. Available controls vary by Android version.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, or opt out of certain advertising-related use or sharing. Contact us to make a request. We may need proportionate information to locate the relevant records and verify the request. You may also contact the relevant provider or your local privacy authority.

5. Sharing, transfers and security

Information is provided to the advertising and measurement providers described above, the services you select when sharing a backup or feedback, and service providers needed to answer support requests or host this page. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. Advertising-related processing may be treated as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some laws; the choices and contact methods above are available for related requests.

Local files use the device's app-storage protections. We use HTTPS to deliver this policy, and the SDK providers describe their network and security safeguards in their policies. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data and measurement receipt records remain in app storage until they are removed by the app's maintenance routines or you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Clearing storage removes your local progress and settings. Copies that you exported, shared or saved elsewhere must be deleted from those locations separately; device or operating-system backups may also retain copies.

We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related operational, security or legal obligations. Advertising and measurement providers retain information under their own policies and our applicable service arrangements. We do not promise that deleting the app automatically erases records already held by those providers.

Use the contact below to request deletion or ask about records associated with Arrow Go. There is no Arrow Go account to close in this release. For provider-held device data, their privacy request tools may help locate the relevant records.

7. Children and family privacy

Parents and guardians can contact us about personal information relating to a child and request review or deletion as applicable. Please identify the app as Arrow Go and describe the concern without sending unnecessary personal information. A choice about personalized ads is not a verification of a player's age.

8. Visiting this policy page

The page's hosting providers receive request information such as IP address, browser information, the requested URL and request time to serve the page and protect their infrastructure. They may use necessary security technologies under their own policies. This page's own code has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms, cookies or browser-storage features.

This policy is served from our website at arrowgo.truveltang.com. Following a provider link or using an email link opens a separate service with its own practices.
